Our Beliefs

We invite you to explore our beliefs and join us in our pursuit of living out our faith in boldness and passion.

  • God

God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe.

Genesis 1:1, In the beginning, God created heaven and the earth.

Genesis 26; Then the Lord God said, “Behold, the man has become like one of us in knowing good and evil.

Genesis 3:22Now, lest he reach out his hand and take also of the tree of life and eat, and live forever”

  • Jesus

Jesus is the Son of God.

John 1:1-5 In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.

  • Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit lives in each Christian from salvation.

    Ephesians 1:13 Christian from salvation.

When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit. “In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise:

  • The Bible

The Bible is God's Word to us.

Genesis 1:27 People are the supreme object of God’s creation.

“So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.”

  • Salvation

Salvation is God's free gift to us, but we must accept it.

Ephesians 2:8 “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God”

  • Eternal Life

People will exist eternally with or without God.

John 11:25 “Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:”

  • Baptism

Baptism is symbolic of the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ. Since we have been united with him in his death, we will also be raised to life as he was.

Romans 6:3 – 5 “Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection”
