Searching for a church home can be daunting—here at Compassion Center Church, we want to make it simple. Come and discover our diverse family, encounter God’s presence, get connected, and find your next steps.
At Compassion Center Church, we are a community of imperfect people striving to serve a perfect God. So you should fit right in.
Our Story
Compassion Center Church began with a heart to see lives transformed by Jesus. For five years, we hosted Bible studies and church services at High Desert Homeless Services, but when residents had to leave after 90 days, they lost their place of worship. This challenge led us to take church beyond the shelter walls, ensuring that ministry continues for people from all walks of life.
Our Vision
To share the compassion of Jesus and teach people the Word of God.
“And Jesus, when he came out, saw much people, and was moved with compassion toward them, because they were as sheep not having a shepherd: and he began to teach them many things.” – Mark 6:34 (KJV)
Our Mission
As Jesus followers, we exist to extend Heaven by connecting people to God, sharing Jesus, making disciples, and shining as a light in the world—helping people that are desperate for change experience change.
